Since 100% perfection is not very common in this hobby, we are unable to provide any exchange, partial refund or store credit for very minor manufacturer related imperfections as we don't have any control in such a minor issues. These models are mainly hand made arriving from factory with variety of minor issues and we can not offer to any customer any 100% perfect model.
Small portion of our in stock models are already displayed/ used and they are marked as "DISPLAYED" in the model profile. They can be either in mint condition or having some issues and if there is any issue associated with that model, it will be noted in the model profile. Please make sure you read the information provided in the model profile before buying.
All sales are final. No return accepted unless authorized. In the event a return granted, the model needs to be returned in its original package without having any repair. Based on the nature of the return, we offer either refund or store credit. Shipping fee is non refundable
